5 Unity Must-Know Tips!
I wish I’d known that earlier to boost my workflow :)
After years of developing little games and prototypes with Unity, I’ve seen the engine evolve in various ways, and progressively add quite the number of features.
Because Unity is a generalist engine, each new release can of course offer features in many domains — from graphics to tooling, sounds, optimisation, or even brand new scripting techniques. So, stepping to a new Unity version can be a hell of a ride, and an incredible moment of discovery.

Sure, some of those new tools just don’t really fit my workflow, and I’m not saying you ought to use 100% of the new pack of features each time.
But today, I want to put the spotlight on 5 Unity features (+ a little bonus one) I find really useful, and yet sadly a bit unrecognised…
N°1: Running a function in edit mode
During this intense dev phase where everything is running lose, and you just want to put some ideas down, one of the most time-consuming part of a Unity pipeline is, to me, this little wait when clicking on the Play button.
